The Hospices de Beaune are one of the most prestigious French historical monuments. Its flamboyant Gothic architecture, its polychrome roofs and a renowned vineyard make this museum a jewel of Burgundy. They are also famous for their exceptional wine estate, comprising 85% premiers crus and grands crus, which are sold at auction on the 3rd Sunday in November.
